For those of you who know me well, you know my manual dexterity and fine motor skills are frequently hampered by this. So imagine how much fun I’ve had having to learn how to use these. But as a friend of mine said, “You either learn how to use them or you starve. Given the fact that food and I are extremely good friends (I clearly ain’t this guy), I decided to learn how to use them. I won’t pretend to be an expert, but by the end of the week I may feel just confident enough to try them when I get home. Suffice to say, I don’t think I’ll actually starve.
